Due to the custom nature of software engineering and IT infrastructure consulting, all upfront deposits are non-refundable once development commences. Monthly maintenance and retainer agreements may be canceled at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be provided for previously rendered consulting hours or delivered software.
